The issue has been resolved. Any screenshots that were pending before now will need to be requested again. You can trigger screenshot generation by updating your item and saving the changes or by duplicating it (and then deleting the old copy).

We are currently seeing delays in screenshot generation. Screenshots are generated in the order in which they are queued. Thanks for your patience.
